Aloha, I’m Dr. Iren Gradinarska, and I’m honored to walk alongside others on their healing and awakening journeys. As a dedicated practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), I help people gently access the theta brainwave state where they can connect with their subconscious, higher self, and soul’s wisdom.
Each session is a sacred journey. I hold space for deep emotional release, physical healing, past-life exploration, and spiritual insight. QHHT is a remarkable healing technique that can help individuals overcome physical and emotional issues by accessing the subconscious mind. Practitioners can navigate past lives, the between life and death state, and obtain answers that would be impossible to know without accessing the deepest level of hypnosis possible. Once the Subconscious(SC) is contacted, the QHHT Practitioner can ask it to identify and explain the cause behind any problem, and then ask the SC if it is permissible and possible to heal the condition. If the SC agrees, healing is immediate, without discomfort, medication, or surgery. In many cases, once the SC reveals the source of the ailment or psychological problem, a release occurs in the subject’s body and mind, and the client is freed from their condition. The Subconscious adheres to a literal approach regarding healing and will only agree to heal a condition if it doesn't interfere with the lessons of an individual's present life or the contracts they made before incarnating. Multidimensional Shadow Work
Post-traumatic stress is a common experience for everyone, regardless of their upbringing. Understanding the human mind can help shed light on this phenomenon, as the subconscious mind controls autonomic aspects of living, while the conscious mind is responsible for focus, learning, and evolution. However, it can also take control of negative beliefs and memories, which can interfere with a person's life.
Suppressed memory is a real phenomenon that can occur when a traumatic situation is so overwhelming that the memory of it is unconsciously blocked. Trauma can come in many forms, and what might seem like a minor event to some can be traumatic to others. When someone experiences a traumatic event, they may suppress the memory to cope with the emotional distress, leading to fragmented memories that are dissociated from the self. This means that sensory aspects of a memory, such as sound, taste, smell, sight, and emotion, can be stored separately.
Dissociation is a defense mechanism that the mind uses to cope with traumatic experiences. It can be mild or severe, and can be seen on a spectrum the same way that trauma is. At the mild end, a person might daydream or go numb. At the severe end, a person might completely detach from reality and even create new identities. Dissociation creates a split within the person between their conscious and subconscious selves, and if it happens frequently, can lead to many splits within the individual.
Sometimes, when we go through traumatic experiences, our minds can dissociate from the events to protect us from the pain and discomfort. This can be a survival mechanism to prioritize mental and emotional survival. It is important to recognize when this is happening and seek help if needed.
It's interesting to think about how our early experiences shape us and how we learn to accept or reject certain parts of ourselves based on the reactions of those around us. It's easy to see how this can lead to self-hate and a sense of emptiness, especially if we continue to suppress those rejected aspects of ourselves as we grow older.
Your soul is energy, responsible for creating both your mind and body, as well as your emotions. The three pillars of health are body, mind, and emotions, with emotions being the language of the soul. If you adopt this perspective, the key to "soul health" is really your "emotional health."
Emotions are not just the heart of our experience in life, but also the heart of our relationships. As babies and children experience the world largely through their emotions, it's important to recognize that emotions are often the most vulnerable part of our lives.
